I attended the Zoom meeting yesterday 16 June 2020 and enjoyed it immensely. The presentation by Simon Rogers was very clear and informative and really told the various reasons why men and women, but men mainly, do not share their problems and keep them bottled up inside. Simon emphasized the importance of speaking to a friend, relative, even an organisation for advice. There is no shame in having stress and/or problems in today's climate. Joanna Gaudoin was a brilliant speaker and shared some excellent tips including "which contacts have you neglected during Covid?" Other questions to ask yourself include "what is others' perception of you? - do you know?". I have become a regular attendee at CBN since 2019 when we could meet face to face. I was impressed with Sandra's massive connection in the City, and her great leadership.
